* 2 scoops IN2 Whey Protein Vanilla.

* 1 Banana

*1/2 Cup Quaker Oatmeal (cooked in water)

* 1/2 Cup Bran Flakes

* 350ml of Water

* 25g of Dextrose (Glucose)
