Terms  & Conditions

This Contest is being organized by Unlimited Nutrition Private Limited (hereinafter referred to as “IN2”).  

2.    To be eligible to take part in the Contest, the participant must be an Indian citizen, residing in India, and have a valid Instagram Id. 

3.    By entering into the Contest, the participants are deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions. 

4.    To participate in the Contest, the participant must follow the following steps:

                    a.       Purchase the IN2 Pre-Workout 195g, Orange Flavour

                    b.       Authenticate: Scan the second QR Code on the Product. Enter you contact details in the form and get your product authenticated

                    c.        Scan the Product Before the 30th of April to Qualify.

5.    Response submitted by the participant/s will be evaluated by IN2. 

6.    IN2’s decision with respect to all matters pertaining to this Contest will be final and binding. No correspondence will be entered into about the Contest or the judges’ decision(s). 

7.    Del Monte India reserves the right to disqualify the participants and/or revoke the prize if the participants breach any of these terms and conditions or other rules and regulations of the Contest or violate any applicable laws or regulations. 

8.    1 lucky winner will get the Apple Airpods Pro. The winners will be announced on the IN2 Instagram handle after the Contest duration has expired. 

9.    The prizes are not transferable and not redeemable for cash. IN2 is not responsible for the service and support with regard to the Amazon vouchers or the hampers after they are delivered to the winners. Also, IN2 will try to dispatch the prizes as soon as possible. 

10.  Winners will be notified on Instagram. IN2 reserves the right to use any other method or medium deemed fit in its sole and absolute discretion for the purpose of announcing the winners. Upon request, the winners shall be required to provide their contact details and/or any other details deemed necessary and relevant. In case the winner is unable to provide the details within 3 (three) days of request made by IN2, IN2 reserves the right to disqualify the participant at its sole discretion.

 

 

11.  If the prize is declined, unclaimed or unable to be claimed, or if a winner cannot be contacted from the details provided, IN2 may direct the select the next best and valid entry from the entries received as an alternative winner at its sole discretion.

 

 

12. All entries and all copyright and other rights in such entries become the property of IN2. By participating in the Contest, each participant consents to the information submitted with their entry being entered into a database and to the use of this information for future promotional, marketing and publicity purposes.

 

 

13. IN2 reserves the right to amend or discontinue the Contest and/or its terms and conditions, at its sole discretion without the requirement of giving any prior notice.

 

 

14. IN2 shall not be liable for any cost incurred by the participants in participating in the Contest.

 

 

15. IN2 shall not be liable for any damage or loss caused as a result of cancellation / amendment of the Contest, amendment or revocation of all or part of these terms and conditions, any act of God, governmental action or other force majeure circumstances (or any event beyond the control of the IN2).

 

 

16. The participants shall indemnify IN2 with regard to third party claim arising out of or connected with any actual or alleged infringement of any third party's patent, trade secrets or copyright, arising from or related to the use of recipes.

17. The terms and conditions of the Contest are subject to the laws of India and any dispute arising out of this Contest is subject to exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Mumbai, Maharashtra.
